I am so itching to blog right now. I've nothing much to blog about, really. But like I was chatting with Adam online and he kinda died suddenly. I've no clue why though, but this prompted me to blog 'cos I seriously need to talk to someone and the blog's the next best candidate. It's sad that noone's online tonight (or rather, this morning) I'm feeling the whole anti-climax-to-a-hell-good-day feeling again. It sucks yah, but its just what happens when you have too much fun and then you forget about what's not so fun. Yeah?
Anyways, I'd be out at noon with the gang later on! Yay! I am happy! We're gonna have Subway for lunch, and I am already pondering about what to have later on. My stomach's going through puberty. Lol that's odd, but its hungrier than anything else right now. I swear I could eat up a horse, and a cow. Argh, but I really wanna have Carl's Junior too! Adam! Where are you!? What happened to our Carl's?!
Okay, I'm about to go hysterical 'cos that fella's not responding. I'm guessing he blanked out whilst working on his assignment.
Let's move on. Oh - I'm leaving for Taiwan next Sunday! And it's sad 'cos I've to buy all the presents for Christmas either before that in Singapore or do it in Taiwan. I'm hoping to buy really meaningful gifts for my loved ones, but I'm basically tied down by Choir Farewell stuff till next Tuesday. And then out with Redders, and then possibly Inez's birthday celebration, and then I'm gone!
And about Christmas gifts, I've really no idea what is good. The typical gift shops are all really lousy, thats why I'm really hoping that Taiwan will have lotsa quirky and unique, yet reasonably-priced stuff to get for my frennies (lol, no not trannies). Hm, sorry, that was an inside joke.
Anyways I was at Ikea on Monday. The new one at Tampines? It's actually really close, like only 15 minutes away from home. And the place is freaking huge. It's got 800 parking lots and its 2 football fields bigger than the flagship store at Alexandria! We had dinner there with Aunt Jo and Joey, along with Mum and Cheyenne. Queueing for food took us some time, but the food was sooo mouth-watering and delicious man.
And I bought things for myself too! It always amazes me that Mum is so willing to spend at Ikea. It's like grocery shopping, almost. You just take whatever you like, give her a nice grin, and then you'll get what you want!
I got myself a glass bottle. And a plant, to replace the dead one that died months ago. Mum's thinking of changing the colour scheme of our hall to something more vibrant and less of the greenish hues. She suggested red and black to give our home a more classy, rich atmosphere. And i went like Whoa, emo? We agreed that thats the way to go! So hopefully the plans don't fall and we'll get a really nice make-overd hall.
Its close to 3am now... I think I'd better log off and catch up on some slumber. Bye then! And Adam! Where in the world are you?!
