Well, yesterday, to be exactly precise. (because its already close to 3am now)

I met up with Taariq and Edwin to meet Karen and Mel at City Hall. We headed to lunch, which turned out to be not Subway in the end because we tried the Subway at Raffles City shopping centre before and it really sucked (read: little veggies, limited cookie choices and sucky service). We decided to try out O'Briens instead and we had like wraps and sandwiches. It wasn't anything fantastic or what... but I've discovered today that beetroot is nice. And I like it quite a lot. And it stains! Which is kinda gross lah..

We made our way to Esplanade after lunch, and we sat the at the rooftop terrace and played The Name Game. This involved a good deal of shrieking, squawking and screaming on Karen's part. It was enjoyable, because we got to name each other. Lol, Edwin was Missisipi. Taariq was Ty Ty Baby!. Karen was Frangipani. Mel was Oblongata and I was McKenzie (Y'all should know the incredibly manly Stacy if you are a fan of ANTM)

We went to Suntec after that, and walked around looking at things. We had Ben and Jerry's also, and we did the Merlionster this time. Let me just tell you that its a waste of your time and money, you might as well save enough money to splurge on the Vermonster, which is ten times more worth your pennies. Nevertheless, ice-cream is seldom not good, so we had a good time eating.

Then Mel left for netball and it was left with the four of us. We walked around and I bought Prasanna's Christmas present. And no, I'm not telling what it is. That bitch is still in the states so we shall wait for her return next Thursday. We walked around lots more and eventually it became dinner time. We decided on Pasta Mania in the end, and just sat around after that talking about Christmas gifts and what to get for each other.

We've basically decided what to get for Mel and Wan Ting and perhaps Eirene. And I know what to get for Edwin (Jukebox, eh?). I'm still unsure whether what I should get for Karen and Taariq though. Should I leave it to the fates of Taiwan?

Oh I absolutely love the Passion Fruit Italian Soda they have at Pasta Mania. So refreshing and so tasty!

And then we went home after that.. still deliberating about Christmas gifts on the way home. And and I can't wait for tomorrow! No, later! Its pretty much a errand-running day, and we've to be Karen's courier service, and help move her books to her new place. And then I heard we still have to paint her door for her! I'm so lazy, lol.

After that more errands to run, like I really have to go to Ikea again to buy more little glass bottles. I just realised that I can't say what I need them for! Hahahahahahaah. I almost spilled the beans, damn it. And then dinner at Ikea Tampines! Which makes me look so forward to tomorrow because the food there is just really good, I think.
