Thursday Stayover at Prasanna's


On Thursday, the sun was out strong. Karen and I decided to go and sun burn ourselves! We were on the deck chairs, creating puddles on the floor below. Yes, sweat puddles. I was really grossed out by the amount of sweat I had produced... but yah, when you have the two most sweaty people (Karen and I), it's kinda expected.

Mr Edwin was still rolling about in bed, so he didn't join us this time. So lazy! After burning myself in the sun for about an hour or so, I swam for like one minute. Lol. And then Karen and I headed home. She had training, so I went home to rot the day away. I was burying my nose in the book I borrowed from the library, The Ice House, enjoying the breeze and just being a lazybum. I think I fell asleep eventually.

After dinner, I went over to Prasanna's place for stayover! Wan Ting, Taariq, Edwin and Karen were there too. Initially the dvd player was screwed up, and we thought we weren't gonna watch anything already, so we played a lil bit of Twister, which didn't really work out also in the end, lol.

And then the dvd player decided to work! (much thanks to Prasanna's papa) So we watched She-man She's The Man. I've watched it with my mum before though, but didn't mind watching it again. Seeing Channing Tatum put a tampon in his nostril is really quite morbid I know, but it's hilarious!

Oh by the way, by the way, the whole "She-man" thing came about ages ago when Wan Ting came to us excitedly one school day, brandishing the vcd in the air proudly, proclaiming that she borrowed the She-man movie! And it's very nice to watch! Hahahahahah. I only remember I laughed until I wanted to die.

Oh that's Wan Ting doing her workout/dance routine thing.She was really hilarious lah.
And that's us acting cute lah. Sorry, we were so inspired about our talk 'bout Internet Personalities. You know, you got the Alianas, the Aminahs, the Twitxzxzx etc etc. After She's The Man, we switched on Wet Dreams 1, but didn't watch, 'cos Pras and I were bitching about people on the computer. And then after awhile, everybody started crowding around.. and we were all really amused by the (graphic) photos we saw on a certain blog. It was hilarious and we were being so kaypoh and bitchy.

Look at our faces, we're like so engrossed and completely amused. After that we ordered Mcdonalds for breakfast and pigged out together till about 6am.. And we eventually went home at like 7am.
