Last Sunday

Sunday was a pretty nice family day out at Vivocity. We went there again 'cos Mum and I were like telling each other that we haven't finish walking the entire mall. It was actually supposed to be a hot date lah, with my Mum alone, but Chey and Dad decided to tag along and yeah, it turned out to be pretty fun. We've not been out as a family together since what, August? Everyone's been bogged down by exams and work and it was great that we could finally find time to go out together and have fun.

So yes, we did walk the entire Vivo today, and a few times too. The balls of my feet were aching so bad after that although I wore really comfortable sneaks. And my ankles felt all wobbly and weak. I got myself a new pair of glasses - a greyish and white pair of Ted Baker's. And it's extremely branded, I've just realised. If you've been to Vivo, you would've seen Ted Baker's boutique on the first floor. It's so furnished with posh interiors, the faux fur and the snazzy mirrors. Check out the changing rooms if you can, even Chey insists that they are grand.

But I didn't get my specs from there lah.. Got them from the Paris miki spectacle place instead. And I must really applaud the staff there for being so attentive and so gracious! I bought my glasses, and Mum got a pair of Adidas shades for herself, and they were so kind to clean up my dad's glasses and mine. They also served green tea, which was really quite a surprise as I hadn't expected that. All I can say is that their service was wonderful and we were really impressed.

We grew hung
ry after that and Dad was like so keen on having Carl's Junior for tea. Like hello?!? We went anyways and shared a huge portebello mushroom burger meal, along with cheesy-beef fries and chicken tenders for Cheyenne. But that meal really made Dad happy. I was happy that he was happy. And watching him whollup everything like a small boy was so funny lah. We walked around pretty much after that, and I saw Jeremy working at GAP. I was quite stunned 'cos I didn't know he'd appear and wave (kinda frantically) to me. Ah, it's been quite some time since we've last seen each other at the Old Parliament building since Let me entertain you! And that wonderfully sexay night with Fauzi and Karen over prata was memorable, really.

Anyways Karen, I think people do appear after you've talked about them. It's really odd but yes! I believe that speaking of the devil kind of works.

Anyways, later on we had dinner at Vivo too. We had Kolo Mee! And it was really good. So that pretty sums up my day out with the family last Sunday. And yes, Cheyenne's so prettay! Ah!
