saturday! had chemistry remedial at 8:30am in school, but i only awoke at 8:15am. as usual. sigh - so i rushed like mad and took a cab down.. after chem had to meet for rehearsel for the excos performance for investiture on weds! we're working on this rhythm idea lah.. and suddenly taariq had this rhythm which we had a brilliant idea for. so basically jiayu wanting jasmine taariq sabrina and i were hitting the table in this classroom. hahh. watch out for us thid weds after school during investiture then. i am praying so hard that our performance would turn out well. :)
after the rehearsel, wanting taariq and i went to tampines mall for lunch. and wanting wanted to get her white skirt. she's been on a shopping spree since friday. cos she has soooo much $$$ to spend, that lucky gurl. so far, she's gotten a top, a pair of earstuds, a tote (that comes with matching little bag and pencil case), and her white skirt of course.... ahhh. so envious that i can't get to shop like her.
anyways after that i met mum and we drove down to pasir ris mrt to get my ez-link replaced. it was so funny lah - she dropped me at the other end of the interchange and i was like.. where da heck is the office man.. cos there was only this toilet there.. so i had to walk over to the other end lah.. and the interchange was kinda crowded yesterday, cos the asian aerospace 2006 was on! ohman. envious me.. it really reminded me bout the 2 times i've been to asian aerospace previously, sometime back. mum used to get free tix when she worked in GE... so we would go down to the tents they set up and catch the planes.. i was still this little fascinated boy, and i really liked the demonstration. you know the one where the jets and the helicopters fly across the sky and do stunts and all. yeah.. it was like the highlight. and i remember i got to shake hands with the F16 pilots and they autographed on this poster i still keep. hah. so cool lah.. and i went around with my cousin and explored the entire exhibition they had, getting those posters and freebies. heard that this year would be the last that asian aerospace would be taking place in singapore.. so its really sad that i don't get to have a next time! :( ahhh.
that night we went over to grandma's place at yishun again. had dinner and uncle kit bought this new game "black and white 2" its some really cool game that involves your conscience. hah, cos you're supposed to decide whether you wanna be evil or good. and you're the "god" of the game lah.. complete with your magical hand being able to pick up anyone and anything thats impossible to humans. and you gotta complete the tasks lah.. and choose whether to go to war/impress people to gain territories. and you got this creature with you that'd grow and we chose a lion thingy. haha. it sorta reminded me bout Narnia, the movie.. just that i was in control. okay, its really hard to describe the game, unless you're actually playing yah?
we left their place at midnight! didn't know that time past so quickly.. and we didn't go home! we headed to upper east coast road for supper at the hong kong cafe, someplace that mum and i saw on the tv show that day. it was featured on coffee talks and hawker woks with fiona xie and belinda lee. it opens from 6pm to 5am, so the night owls haunt the place.. there were many people, considering that it was a saturday night. we had the famous hong kong "bo lo bao" and their special french toast with peanut filling and french toast with banana filling. we also had the hong kong hot milk tea, which was soooo good. hrrrm. there were also chicken wings which were so damn good. and we tried this desert called mango showdown. its mango pudding, mango juice, mango cubes and mango ice cream all together! yummyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!
i feel so hungry just talking about it, anyone?
