after choir prac that evening, we went home to get clean and changed for this concert we were gonna watch... we were running late and all but we got there just as the first song ended. So we weren't that late after all. There was Shing Chun, Yan Ping, Hidayah and Inez the concert was rather cool. in the sense that they sing such wonderful and impressive songs. i would not judge them cos i would not know how to weight he differences. but they get all the thumbs up for the fantastic choice of songs! the very last song.. Dum Belle.. was so cool it made all my hairs stand on end.. definitely ended the show with a big bang! but they kinda spoilsport ah.. don't know why they didn't give any encore performance even though the supportive audience was screaming and yelling like mad for them to do an encore. hrrrm. have a reason behind that? this is how the TKSS choir looked like after their costume change and intermission. we got to hear the AHS choir too, cos they were sorta like invited to perform like 5 songs in total. and we say TKPS choir too, those cute little boys and girls. mr nelson kwei the conductor! this is Yan Ping. who insists that that gentleman behind her (indian man with checkered shirt) was making conducting waves with his hand and singing along in a monotonous voice. and to top it off, he was moaning away during the songs. which prompted dear Shing Chun to say: maybe watching good choirs sing is like the same as watching porn? and then he started to moan and groan away. nyaha. so funny lah. group photo after the concert by the river :)
